Northeast Contractors, Inc. completed site work for the new Concord High School in Concord, MA. This project constructed a new 2 story building with a footprint of about 100,000 square feet, 32 acres that originally facilitated the previous school and roadways. The project was phased over the course of 36 months, allowing the school to operate while under construction.

Re-location of the existing underground utilities was required in order to enable the new building footprint to be constructed while the existing school was still operational. Once the new school was completed, the existing school was demolished, allowing for the construction of the new parking lots and driveways.

The project included over 150,000 cubic yards of earthwork, over 20,000 linear feet of drainage, sewer, water and electrical installation, over 365,000 square feet of paving and building foundation and slab preparation.

The overall project budget was approximately $100 Million Dollars with the final site work value of $5.92 Million Dollars
