Northeast Contractors, Inc. completed the site work for the Newbridge on the Charles project in Dedham, MA for Hebrew Senior Life. The project began in December of 2006 and was completed in June of 2009. This was an 90 acre site and included 30 acres of Clearing, 350,000 cubic yards of earthmoving, 120,000 cubic yards of drilling and blasting, 170,000 tons of rock crushing, 80,000 linear feet of drainage, sewer, water and electrical installation, 460,000 square of foundation and building slab preparation and over 400,000 square feet of paving.
The total project value was $350,000,000.00 with a site work value of $22,067,000.00
