Northeast Contractors, Inc. completed site work for the Newtown Armed Forces Reserve Center in Danbury, CT. This project constructed several new buildings with a footprint of about 79,000 square feet, located on 17 acres. The project included 95,000 cubic yards of earthwork, over 15,000 square feet of segmental block wall reaching a height of 40’, over 7,000 linear feet of drain pipe with an elaborate underground water collection system,  construction of several ponds, building foundation and slab preparation and over 300,000 square feet of roads and parking areas.

The overall project budget was approximately $55 Million Dollars with the final site work value of $4.6 Million Dollars.
